Indiana has 92 counties. Bella Bees is recruiting opt-in beekeepers by county, city, ZIP range, and travel radius. The planning target is a primary and backup responder for each service area, but the right number depends on geography, season, response time, and actual volunteer capacity.

No area is called covered until a responder has agreed to the role and expectations in writing.
